Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Nazar Cloud ("Nazar", "we", "our", or "us"), a cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform provided by Dumble LLC. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities performed under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent activities.
• Attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
• Upload malicious software or harmful content.
• Interfere with the availability, integrity, or security of the platform.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the platform without written permission.

4. Subscription & Billing

• Certain features require an active paid subscription.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Fees are billed in advance.
• Prices may change with prior notice.

5. Customer Data

You retain ownership of all business data stored in your workspace. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and integrity of the information you upload.

6. Security

Nazar implements reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect customer data. Users are responsible for protecting their own accounts, passwords, devices, and enabling additional security features when available.

7. Artificial Intelligence Features

Nazar may provide AI-powered features to assist users with business insights, recommendations, automation, and content generation. AI-generated outputs are provided for informational purposes and should be reviewed before making business decisions.

8. Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected outages may occasionally occur.

9. Intellectual Property

The Nazar platform, software, branding, trademarks, documentation, and related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Dumble LLC and its licensors.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the platform, or create security risks. Upon termination, access to the platform may be restricted or removed.

11. Disclaimer

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dumble LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
